1. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is dispatched, whichever is earlier.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Only the cost of the product will be refunded.
